Mt.Daraitan

Mt.Daraitan Summit

Hurrying up to capture the sea of clouds on the summit

with my sister..

Mt. Daraitan
Tanay, Rizal

I would consider this as my first day hike happened last 20th of  September 2015 at Tanay, Rizal with my sister and friends. I really thought it was just near to Pasig. However, it took us 3-4 hours in going there from riding 2 jeepneys, 1 tricycle and a quick boat ride. The trip on the tricycle was really uncomfortable because of the rocky road. Our goal is to see the sunrise at the peak but suddenly we weren't able to capture it because we started to trek at 5am and reached the peak at 8am.
I didn't really had any sleep that time since our call time is 1am so ate a lot of trail foods to have energy. I am really afraid of heights but it does not matter because it has a lot of trees so I wasn't looking thinking I am getting higher. When we reached the summit we took a bit rest and also for picture taking. I think going down is more difficult because of the mud that makes the trail slippery. After hiking, we ate our lunch and rest again. Since, most of us are already tired excluding me and my sister, we weren't able to visit the cave which I was excited about. Therefore, we just went to Tinipak River and swam. The current is high so we're advised to stay on the side.
It was a great experience indeed as a beginner. Hoping to climb more mountains soon because the view on peak is worth sweating for!

DIY Ombre Hair

DIY Ombre Hair

Here's a simple steps on how I did my Ombre Hair. Well, it is important to know first what type of color will fit you just like considering your skin tone so that it won't be obnoxious. I did the basic one which is blonde and unlike what I usually see in our campus most of my schoolmates have ombre hairs where in the clear-cut of hair dye is obvious, I did the gradient one.

What You Need:

1. Hair dye Brush

2. Bleach & Oxidizing Lotion

3. Aluminum Foil

4. Gloves

5. Toner (optional but I did not use it)

Make sure to comb your hair and you haven't use any conditioner yet so that it will be more effective. Cut the aluminum foils into pieces to cover each and every section of your hair after applying the bleach. Mix the Bleach and Oxidizing Lotion and make sure to wear gloves to protect your skin. Apply the hair bleach to every section of your hair from the tip. The length of the color depends on you, what I did is about 3 inches. To be able to achieve the transition of hair color, just brush it upward to blend it. Then, randomly apply some bleach from the tip higher than your usual length. Leave it for at least 15 minutes and wash your hair. For some, they apply the toner afterwards to make it more vibrant. Blow dry and so it's done!
